The business of the Club is undertaken by the various committees  listed below:

See the Panel to the right.

The Community Service Committee is responsible for maintaining contacts with the local community and for organising support.

Foundation is the Charity of Rotary International which is funded by donations from individual Clubs.

Overseas charity projects and contact with foreign Rotary Clubs are the responsibility of the International Committee.

The Youth Service Committee supports youth projects both locally and worldwide.

We  have a number of young Associates aged 18-30 in the Club, who participate in a variety of Club activities and who are all members of the Youth Service Committee.
The Club Service Committee, which is chaired by the Vice-President, organises the day-to-day activities of the Club. Responsibilities include membership, meetings, publicity and publications
Newsletter
The Editor compiles the Weysider newsletter which lists forthcoming events, reports on events you may have missed, and occasionally contains something amusing. The Club membership is not noted for its literary talents so that we produce a Special Edition when someone other than the editor condescends to write something. If you like the Beano and miss the Eagle, you will love this publication.
In order to cater for our less literate Members, the Weysider usually contains pictures and photographs, some of which are occasionally in focus and benefit from the absence of “red-eye”.
